I bought this valve but would like brass handle and tub faucet.Where can I find a brass moen handle and tub faucet that is compatible with this valve?

Any Moen trim kit from posi-temp series will fit this valve ( Example: Model T290BL or T2471BL ). And the meterial is usually stainless steel escutcheon with zinc alloy handle, not brass as your wish. For the tub spout, any type or style is compatible with this valve as long as it fit your pipe.

The reference is made for size of pipe coming in, referenced iron pipe size(IPS)

What Lever/product we can use with this to adjust flow rate of water?

The cartridge is not designed for volum control, it can't be adjusted by any handle. You can adjust the temperature only.
