D'Addario Eclipse Headstock Clip-On Guitar Tuner, Black

I’ve been using this D’Addario clip-on tuner for quite a while, and it has been very convenient and reliable. It is compact and lightweight, so I can leave it attached to the headstock without it getting in the way. The clip holds securely, and it’s easy to reposition when needed. The display is bright and easy to read, and tuning is quick and straightforward. In my experience, the tuning accuracy and response are very good, which is the most important thing for a tuner. I also like how simple it is to use. Clip it on, turn it on, tune the instrument, and you’re done. There’s really no unnecessary complexity. After long-term use, it has continued to work well and has become a regular part of my guitar setup. Good quality, compact size, accurate tuning, and very easy to use.

Love this, so much better than the snark ones I've used for years, its display is much larger and way more accurate and it doesnt have to searching latency either. The hit a home run with this product.

Perfect little tuner

Works great.. but wish it was brighter

I have tried many, many clip-on tuners, and this thing is pretty much the state of the art for what it is designed to do, that is, get you tuned up in a jiffy and ready to keep on rockin’ in seconds. Kind of like those guys in a pit crew who have optimized their game to get the race car driver back on the track in a matter of seconds. No jumpy needles, no “maybe’s”. You're either sharp, flat, or you’re ACCURATELY in tune. End of story! Big, bright, colorful, intuitive, easy-on-the-eyes display makes using this EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE device a pleasure to use. PLUS, when you calibrate to a different tuning standard, it STAYS in that mode even when you turn it off, And when it is on, it plainly and continuously displays the current calibration value on the display! So if the music sounds somewhat weird there’s no reason to be shy about asking the band, for example, “Are you guys in 440 or 444 like me?” Best tuner I have ever bought in 59 YEARS as a guitarist.

These are great accurate tuners. Not as good as a dedicated stomp box tuner for gigging I guess? But this is my third one. I like the battery powered ones instead of the rechargeable ones.

This clip-on tuner competes very well with Snark. I use it with acoustic and electric guitars and basses. The little screen does a good job showing where a string is in relation to proper tuning, and is easy to understand. It slides into my gig bag or guitar case very easily, so no issues with portability. It fits on every headstock I've tried nicely. So long as I don't pinch it in the case, it seems durable enough. It does a nice job of indicating when the tuning is correct. It should give you years of good service.

Great when it works. Too often it'll just shut off while I'm tuning. Usually right before it shuts off there's a back and forth of three different notes, like it's confused or something. Sometimes it'll just run the animated lines up and down and I'll have to turn it off and on, or swap out the battery (which shouldn't happen every six weeks). I really want to like it.

I've owned several tuners in my life and this is the cheapest material and poorest pitch of any of all of them. I don't understand why everyone else gives it such good reviews.
