Service is very poor

Decent cap but colour is disappointing
The cap is wearable and the Jack & Jones logo embroidery looks fine. However, the black color is not deep or rich as shown in the product images. It looks dull and slightly faded, almost like old stock. For a branded product, I expected a better color finish. Quality is okay, but if you’re buying this specifically for a proper jet-black look, you might be disappointed. Overall, average product — usable, but not premium and I'm using this cap for daily usage.
