For many years I have been growing chillies specifcally to make chilli Jam and paste. This paste has now left me with a dilemma. Given that it is everything I have been trying to achieve, what is the point in me growing chillies anymore? Anyway - For me it has the perfect balance of smoky and spicy. I like things on the spicier side and am often disappointed with many products. This has a kick but does not blow your head off and settles to a lovely smoky taste. I use it directly in sandwiches and wraps but have also tried it in a chili Con Carnie and fajitas and it has worked wonderfully. They also send you an electronic recipe book which is a nice touch. Personally I cannot fault it which is why I bought this 3 pack after having bought a single to try it.

Lovely smokey Mexican flavour! Adds a real wallop to any dish and its very versatile, i found it best in Spanish chicken, two good tea spoons for a bit heat followed by some sweet paprika! Beautiful! This brand is new to me but has impressed me very much with buying these! Defo recommend! Give your dish a "Wollop" with this spice mix, put a bit bang in your frying fan😂👌

Works great with for a chilli Colorado sauce or for an enchilada sauce. Add it to your stock. Add tomato paste, garlic, cumin,coriander, crushed pepper, and cayenne ( if you like it with a kick) Add onion and ortega chilli's ( bell peppers work in a pinch) . It's great in mince . Or chicken thighs. Stew meat works as well. Simmer till it cooks down. Or the fluid reduces until its thick. Makes great burritos or tacos. I make a Tamale pie with it. Or, you can layer in tortillas and cheese and make a Mexican lasagne🙂

I have tried many different brands, but always come back to gran luchito. It has the best natural smoky flavour and the right amount of heat. I use it in everything.....chillis, stews, added to mayo, use to make marinade with olive oil. Very versatile!

I love the flavour of chipotle chilli, this paste is so rich. A little goes a long way, and tastes best on chicken. I had to get the 3 pack from here because buying them from the supermarket is much more expensive. Thank you seller, for also sending me the online cookbook by email, I can’t wait to try them.
