Why does the box look tampered with? If not why are they damaged and looked retaped?

I sent these to my grandson Fir his birthday. I am checking with my daughter and will review when she replies. It is the middle of the night right now, though not here in Australia.

Can you buy a espesific beyblade?

No. Amazon does not allow confirmed boosters for random booster sets. These are blind boxes so 1 in 6 chance of getting the bey you want. Try a different marketplace if you want confirmed boosters like a Store starting with W and ending with T online. If you want the cyclone ragnaruk though, since it's a prize bey, they tend to sell out very fast. Just FYI.
