I am a tall guy so the backrest of most chairs is sometimes off. My shoulder blades fit snug into the backrest of the chair so that's a plus. The wheels on the chair are quality. If you have gone through a lot of chairs you can tell which ones are shit and which ones are not. These are good. Rolls like a dream. The only reason I gave this a 4star and not a 5star was because of the lower cushion on the backrest. Not because it wasn't comfortable it because the cushion was sewn onto the backrest slightly crooked so I kept disassembling/reassembling it thinking I was not doing it right when I was. If you're in the market for a new chair at a reasonable price I recommend this one right here. I spend about 10-12 hours a day on it. At first the chair feel a little stiff but with time it starts to get very comfortable. The speakers are loud enough to me. I have used it to answer call and it works great. I get about 3 to 5 hours on the battery before I have to charge it. It all depends in volume levels.
