Briksmax are my go to for light sets for Lego. Always look fantastic, detailed easy to follow instructions, and always bring all Lego sets to life and give the wow factor.

Instructions were a bit unclear at times but the end result is fantastic and really gives the set some character

R2 now looks alive

Compared to another lightkit I purchased recently, this was much more frustrating to install. I even broke one of the lights while trying to organise the cables.

Excellant when used with the correct Lego r2. Advice is to build the r2 and then modify. Comes with tools to help.

Très bien pour les adultes

Ce kit est de très bonne facture, packaging ok avec des sachets numérotés pour chacun des éléments. Évidemment le montage demande une minutie et un peu de technique mais tout est parfaitement expliqué, les étapes très détaillées, de même que les photos du manuel. Ce n'est parce que vous êtes à l'aise en montage de lego que vous serez à l'aise lors du montage de ce kit. Patience dextérité et minutie sont indispensables. Sinon vous lirez dans certains commentaires que le kit est fragile, ce n'est pas du tout le cas mais ça reste miniaturisé (câble fin et micro led) donc à manier avec précaution. Le rendu est top, certain puriste vous diront que certaines lumières ne correspondent pas au droid de la saga, du coup rien ne vous empêche de ne pas brancher la led en question. Vous pouvez acheter ce kit en toute confiance, D2R2 prend vie grâce à cet éclairage !

Beurteilt es selbst anhand der Bilder. Mit Beleuchtung sieht R2 einfach genial aus. Fehlt nur noch ein Anbieter für Soundmodule. Der Bausatz selbst war wieder perfekt vorbereitet. Anleitung 1A erklärt mit Bildern, da kann man nichts falsch machen. Ich habe mir schon seit einigen Beleuchtungssets angewöhnt den ein oder anderen Baustein mit meinem Dremel etwas zu bearbeiten, da das Stecken doch ab und an etwas schwierig ist, wenn darunter Leitungen verlegt werden sollen. Also eine Kerbe hier, eine angefaste Kante da und schon hält alles wunderbar. Kann es nur empfehlen, spart viele graue Haare und Nerven, wenn zum zehnten Mal die LED wieder aus dem zusammengesteckten Teil hüpft. Aber wie schon gesagt, das Ergebnis ist genial wie immer.

There are advantages and disadvantages to each brand of light kit. We do prefer this brand as it tends to use colors you would expect (one light kit kit green under R2), easy to install, once you get use to doing them, and really bring the Lego set to life. Lighting can be confusing the first few times. But once you get use to it, many sets are pretty easy to light. Get use to breaking down parts of the build to light your kits. The first time, that can be painful. But the results are so worth it. I included a shot of one of the shelves where half of the models are lit, including R2, that shows how the lighting can make the sets stand out. Please don’t mind the disarray as we arrange the room better. Light kits are also a good way to add more time with your project for less cost than a new set. And most people enjoy them so much more once lit.
