Hello, I want to know what its waterproof rating is? I want to use it in an outdoor garden, can it be waterproof?

Hi, our snowflake string lights and battery case are IP65 waterproof and can withstand rain and snow all year round. So they are widely used in many indoor and outdoor environments, thanks.

Confused: snowflake lights say "1 lithium metal batteries required". 1) why does it also mention aa batteries 2) if lithium what precise type?

3 x AA batteries, we have 3 sets all working !

Hi,is there a way to get them to come on static as automatic?

Hello, the snowflake lights have 8 lighting modes including: combination, fireflies flashing, waves, fading, chasing /flashing, fading slowly, twinkle/flashing, and steady on. You can use the remote control to select the appropriate flash mode according to the scene. Hope can help you, thanks.

Hi, how big are the snowflakes please?

Not huge. I put the on a small Christmas Tree they looked lovely.
