I bought this to try when I wasn't able to get my favorite brand's blend (made by Cre**). This Kiehl's was highly rated and suggested as a premium cream. It certainly seems well made & is silky smooth with very, very slight smell (which I prefer). I use a premium blade in a safety razor. I think this cream works well when I moisten my skin first with water, although the instructions say it's not necessary. I was hesitant about this due to the cost/ounce, but I was kind of desperate. Believe it or not, this is NOT the most expensive premium cream out there! This costs approx 300% more / ounce and the volume you get is almost 4x LESS than my favorite. Honesty, I feel there's no way it is 3x better!! I don't regret trying it, under the circumstances; now I know to stock up on my favorite.

This is the best shave cream I have ever used. The menthol numbs, and it is the cleanest shave. Nothing even comes close. Try it, you'll love it.

Kiehls has become my shaving cream of choice due to its effortless application (no brush needed). Also, a tube of this cream lasts a long time as very little is needed for a good shave, making the cream great value for money.

Have tried a similar product from Molton Brown and didn't get on with it. Was given a freebie sachet when buying something else from a Kiehls store and really liked it so bought this huge one. Difficult to fit in a bathroom cupboard is my only problem. Product itself is huge but very good. First product to tempt me away from Gillette shave gel

This gets you a REALLY close and smooth shave with very little product. Give it a good rub to make it foam up. I've switched from the bowl and block to this and I'm not disappointed.

My husband really likes this. He says it has a nice cooling feel and goes on smoothly without feeling heavy. The only downside is the price. It’s a bit expensive for everyday use, but the quality is there and he enjoys using it.
