I purchased two ieGeek 4G LTE cameras for our stables last year - we keep ponies there, so I needed something reliable for keeping an eye on them and for general security. Setup was incredibly easy, the picture quality is great, and the monthly tariff is very reasonable. The app is really intuitive -- I love the manual controls, the security zone setup, and how much you can personalise each camera. One of my favourite features is the sharing capability, which means other people at my yard can view the cameras too. Brilliant for a shared space. Unfortunately, one of my cameras stopped charging via the solar panel. I left it a while over winter and brought it home to charge manually once a week. When I finally contacted ieGeek's customer service team -- and I really wish I'd done it sooner! They were absolutely incredible. Responsive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Over a couple of days they walked me through troubleshooting, and when it turned out to be a minor fault within the camera's charging, they sent me a brand new replacement immediately. No fuss, no hassle. It arrived within two days and works perfectly. I cannot thank them enough. Their customer service alone sets them apart -- it's rare to get that level of care and follow-through - why did I wait so long! I'm now a repeat customer -- I've just bought a third camera for our fields (this one -its excellent). Highly recommend ieGeek to anyone looking for affordable, reliable outdoor cameras with exceptional after-sales support.

The only thing better than the product is the support! I've owned loads of CCTV cameras over the years, but these are amazing!! The image quality in SD is good, but in QHD is absolutely perfect. The wireless reception is fantastic and the battery life is awesome - top that with a solar panel which keeps the battery full (even on dull days) and you have a winning package. I now own 6 iegeek cameras (including a door bell) and I haven't looked back once. The cameras work on 2.4ghz WiFi, which is the standard (and has a longer range than 5ghz) so perfect for pretty much every router on the market that supports wireless connections. The night vision is very good, with integrated LED lights that give a daytime-like appearance. I use the Cloudedge app, that offers both a free and paid tier. I pay monthly and it only costs me £12 for all my cameras via PayPal and this makes sure that all the triggers are sent to the cloud. There is the option of fitting a microSD card in, but I haven't bothered with it as the cloud service is great. 3 of us in the house have the app and are able to view the cameras 247 and all of us receive alerts when triggers are detected. You have the option of either full motion sensor activation or humanoid detection. I have the back house cameras on humanoid (stops picking up the wildlife) but the front cameras on all motion trigger mode, which works very well. Simple to setup and easy to use. Robust in all weather conditions. I had one small issue with one of the cameras and the support team were absolutely brilliant and so professional and made sure I was happy and did everything they could to sort the issue, which was resolved in the end. Thank you iegeek. Also, for what its worth, I am a Robotics engineer so did my homework before purchasing these and recommend them highly.

great camera for the price. colour panel still working and charging the camera sufficiently a year later. lots of various settings to suit your needs and sensitivity. I needed motion detection and live on the bust traffic road so i could adjust sensitivity so it was going off with every car that passed. there is a wide angle for viewing. very good. You need good wifi

Not the easiest item to set up but got there in the end. Camera has excellent quality pictures, but was disappointed that I can't view continuous footage - only footage from an alert unlike the previous much cheaper camera I had. All in all though a great camera at a good price.

I didn't write a review right away, I wanted to make sure I put it through its paces and really gave it a chance to show me it's good enough. If I wanted to I could focus on a few issues that went wrong, such as it losing connection once or when it froze once, but that would be ridiculous. The fact is that since I've bought it, apart from those two issues with the connection (it could easily have been down to my WiFi network), I've not had any issues with it. The solar panel has been fantastic at keeping it charged consistently (make sure it faces the sun, people, don't complain when you've got it shaded), I've never had to plug it in, even over the winter. I've set it up so the light goes on when anyone or any animal is detected at night (foxes and cats can often be seen out in my garden so it's helped with this), but it's still going. The quality of the camera is brilliant and because I have put in my own memory card it stores hours of footage and then just overrides it once the card is full. To be honest, I haven't even checked since this unit doesn't really need any maintenance once it's set up, I get a notification, I check what it is, take action and then move on. Relatively easy to set up, I followed the instructions and didn't have any issues. I say 'relatively' only because it doesn't take 10 seconds to set up, you have to make sure you follow all the prompts (like when you're setting up any smart device), but once it's done, it's great. I have nothing but praise for ieGeek for making this product. As I've never had to contact them hopefully their customer service care is as good as their product because then you know they're in it for the long haul.

The camera itself is great, easy to install, the images are clear (make sure you change it from SD to HD). The adjustable sensitivity is great. Nothing to complain about with the camera. However when I came to set up a monthly subscription so I can access recordings I found that the prices are in USD and you can only pay via PayPal. I do not have PayPal and do not want PayPal. If I had known this before purchasing I would chosen an alternative product. I have contacted the manufacturers to ask about alternative methods of payment and they confirmed they do not accept any other method of payment. I am now left with a camera which I cannot access footage on because of the makers insistence on only accepting PayPal as a payment method. VERY UNHAPPY

These are great CCTV cameras. This is the 5th one we have bought now for our farm. Clear quality and motion detection good too. Now have AI detection, which tell you if its a people or vehicle.

Very impressed after several weeks. Bought it to provide security at some stables where there is no mains electricity and a fairly week 4g signal but we can easily stream footage and it detects a person moving into view. I'll be purchasing one or two more to provide overlapping coverage of each other. In an isolated location there's no point having a camera that just backs up locally because you've lost the footage if it's taken, so the cloud backup is essential, but bear in mind that it works out at around £160 per year, per camera for the 4g + cloud subscription. Still impressed though.

La cámara es muy sencilla de configurar. Viene con una tarjeta SIM interior y con la posibilidad de poner una propia (si eliges esta opción no olvides desactivar el pin de la tarjeta SIM). No tienes que quitar físicamente la SIM interna, por defecto si introduces una propia, la cámara funciona con la nuestra siempre que la cobertura sea correcta (en la configuración te permite ver la tarjeta que estas usando y elegir las prioridades). Te descargas la aplicación "ieGeek Cam", te registras para poder asignar todas tus cámaras a tu cuenta, te das a añadir un nuevo dispositivo escaneando el codigo QR, sigues los pasos y en 2 o 3 min estas viendo la cámara en la aplicación. La calidad de imagen está bastante bien. La opción de estar grabando 24/7 es un puntazo (AOV), no te pierdes nada de lo que sucede. Que esté grabando continuamente a baja resolución y con muy pocos fotogramas no influye negativamente en la duración de la batería (es mínima). Y cuando detecta el movimiento comienza a grabar normalmente. Comienzas a ver lo que sucede justo cuando comienza la secuencia, no te pierdes esos primeros segundos que tardan la mayoría de las cámaras en despertar. A falta de que pase el tiempo y valorar su duración, por el momento la cámara cumple con mis expectativas.

¡Excelente cobertura y autonomía total con el panel solar! ​ Estoy muy contenta con la compra de esta cámara de seguridad ieGeek. La tengo instalada en una finca y los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Al colocar el panel solar con orientación hacia el sur, la batería se mantiene siempre optimizada y no tengo que preocuparme por desmontarla para cargarla, lo cual es una comodidad enorme para terrenos grandes. ​La calidad de imagen es muy buena y el ángulo de visión me permite cubrir todo el terreno sin problemas. La tengo con una tarjeta de Simyo que pago 2€ con 8GB de datos y me da de sobra y eso que me meto mucho en la app. La recomiendo

Avant de faire la liste des qualités et défauts de cet appareil, je précise qu'il ne fonctionne qu'avec une carte sim (fournie) et ne fonctionne pas en Wi-Fi. Les qualités : ✔️ Esthétique, elle fait très professionnelle avec des matériaux de qualité ✔️ Fournie avec tout le nécessaire pour son installation ✔️ Mode d'emploi en français ✔️ Très bonne qualité d'image de jour comme de nuit ✔️ Pilotable à distance. Il est possible de la faire pivoter dans les 2 axes (verticaux et horizontaux) et de zoomer ✔️ Possibilité d'écouter la scène filmée et de parler ✔️ Possibilité d'enregistrer soit sur une carte Sd (non fournie), soit sur le cloud (payant) ✔️ Détection intelligente des formes humaines (payant) ✔️ L'alimentation avec les panneaux solaires permet une autonomie quasi infinie sauf évidemment si la caméra reste en permanence dans une zone très sombre ✔️ L'application est très bien. Je l'utilise également pour d'autres appareils. Elle est intuitive et ergonomique ✔️ Possibilité de recevoir des notifications en cas de détections de mouvements et/ou de personnes Les défauts pour lesquels j'ai enlevé une étoile : ❌ L'association avec l'application a été moins simple que d'habitude. J'ai du utiliser une méthode secondaire (qui a le grand mérite d'exister) car la caméra n'arrivait pas à lire le QR code que montrait l'appli ❌ J'ai trouvé un peu onéreux les différents abonnements proposés En conclusion, une très bonne caméra du point de vue technique servie par une application que je trouve également très bien faite. C'est une solution parfaite si vous devez installer votre caméra dans un endroit non desservi par le Wi-Fi. En revanche, il vous faudra prévoir un petit budget pour l'abonnement indispensable au fonctionnement de la caméra. Je précise toutefois que vous avez 7 jours d'abonnement offert pour tester la caméra.
