The very best Glucosamine on the market, especially for those who can't tolerate shell fish. All the other supportive elements like the boswellia, MSM, and turmeric really help me with the inflamation of joints. I would suggest taking a minimum of three per day throughout the day though. Great Product !

I originally purchased this product for my mother who has experienced quite a bit of knee pain and some slight shoulder pain. Primarily these pains were in the joints. She didn't have great reactions to non-vegan products that are made from shellfish or other fish products so I decided to go vegan for her. She's experiencing quite a bit less discomfort in her knees and shoulders and honestly hasn't complained about them in quite some time. I decided I'd use it for some slight knee pain in my left knee and it definitely helps alleviate the discomfort I'd feel when I'd get up after sitting for a while. The product is affordable and for what it's worth, will help remedy joint discomfort... along with being a vegan option for those of us who prefer not to have animal byproducts in our supplements or simply don't react well to shellfish products.

Tiene un olor/sabor a hierbas que me resulta familiar y no es desagradable (aunque tampoco es precisamente sabroso, así que está bien). La dosis es de 3 comprimidos, por lo que es un suministro para 1 mes. No puedo hablar de su eficacia en este momento, ya que solo lo he estado tomando durante poco tiempo.

I like this product

After taking almost the whole bottle of this, I am at a point where I have to decide whether or not to reorder. I think I won't, because I just don't feel this is doing a whole lot for me. I can maybe feel some changes, but not really enough for me to want to continue swallowing three extra pills every day. I would revisit this in the future if my problems get worse (right now they're fairly manageable on their own). For the record, I am 38 and don't have arthritis right now, but based on family history, that will likely be in my future. I was originally interested in this product because I am a vegetarian so I can't take the typical glucosamine and chondroitin supplements, which are sourced from shellfish. My right knee bothers me, cracks when I go down the stairs, etc. I was hoping that some sort of joint supplement could make a difference. And I did give it time, since I know these things are not instantaneous. I also was taking this along with a vegan DHA/EPA omega 3 fatty acid supplement, because what I have read is that these things work better together in terms of reducing joint inflammation. Several weeks in, I believe that I can tolerate certain types of exercise (say, step aerobics or high impact cardio like Focus T25) a little better than before. And my knee cracks maybe 25% less. So this isn't completely ineffective. But it's not a very dramatic improvement, either. I understand there may not be a vegetarian product that's going to be as effective as chondroitin (which I give to my dog, and for which I do see dramatic improvement). This did not cause any kind of irritation or allergic reaction or digestive upset. I took it with food and plenty of water. It is still worth trying because every person's physiology and joints are a little different and what is so-so for me could be great for someone else. Plus, there's just not a lot else out there in the category right now. (I do trust this brand; I've been happy with some of their vegan DHA/EPA supplements in the past.) 2.5 stars.

What is this product, non FDA APPROVED, not tested, I took 1 pill & started dizzying. Vomiting. This product is now not returnable!! Unbelievable.

Since there were no reviews on the Amazon.in site, I perused the reviews on the Amazon.com site and was heartened to find them so encouraging. I've just been taking these tablets for a week and found a reduced stiffness in my joints, especially when I get up in the morning or after long periods of sitting. I would recommend this product to anyone with aching joints. Good product. Another plus is that these are not made from shellfish but from corn. So those with shellfish allergies can take these safely without causing a reaction.

Parece ser que está muy bueno, me siento mejor aunque apenas empecé a tomarlo, como me cuesta tragar la pastilla tengo que hacerlo polvo en un molinillo de café y despues lo mezclo con leche de soya y listo!
