Protecting my hen's skin
I have an old hen whose bottom fills with fluid. She requires draining of the fluid about every 6 months. No feathers grow on her rear end. The Neogen protects her bare skin from irritation.

Love this stuff.
This stuff is amazing. I have used it on open wounds on horses, dogs and boys. It helps to stop bleeding. Allows you to spray and leave the wound to air especially on horses when you can't exactly bandage things up. It helped the boys when they cut themselves with heaven knows what running around . Just clean the wound and spray this on it. This is the fourth time buying it.

Life saver! Always my go to!
This is my go to in my emergency kit! Not just for the horses but in my car and camping kits. My horses is notorious clumsy, and this is a life savers. Quick healing, she had a kick wound from a her being a “mare” and it healed in 5 days …….. I was suprised how quickly. I’ve had to spray my own self a few times at the barn, wasp stings, cuts while working….. the silver rubs off but it is a quick help when nothing around

Works for livestock
Not sure if I'll get flack for this, but I wanted to share my personal experience... WARNING, IT'S GRAPHIC: I initially bought this for my outdoor cat who has large wounds on his back from over grooming. They're deep and spraying this on them didn't actually heal it because he would just find a way to lick it off before it could set. For the difficulty of use for household pets, I removed 1 star. I still kept it in my emergency kit "just in case". A couple months later, I had a two month old chicken who was attacked. One of her siblings hid successfully, two others were killed. This one's breast skin was torn from her body, creating a huge open wound and a pocket. Her neck was torn down to what looked like muscle or ligaments. Her back was also torn apart. She was anemic and not walking but clearly wanted to live. I brought her inside with her sibling, cleaned the bloody wounds with a spray bottle of water (it's all I had that I knew wouldn't hurt her), dabbed her dry where I could, removed loose feathers, and sprayed the alushield on her hoping she would make it until vetericyn arrived (which is what was most recommended for chicken wounds). I gave her nutridrench water, chick feed, and a plate style warmer, not a lamp. By some miracle, this girl made it through the night and no longer looked pale. A couple days later when the vetericyn arrived, I saw the alushield had dried out the wound and essentially created a second skin, blocking anything from penetrating. I put her back outside with the rest of the flock since she was stressing from the cat, and she's just going on like nothing happened. Her remaining feathers cover enough of the shiny silver that all you see is a couple spots of dark grey, so they don't peck her while she heals. I figured I could share this story because having this in my emergency kit saved this chicken's life and it might save someone else's chicken when the unthinkable happens. Bottom line, EXCELLENT for livestock! I'm shocked my bird lived after that extensive of an injury over her whole body. That minimal of work for such a terrible injury is unheard of. So grateful for this! 🙌🙌🙌

Excellent produit, par contre un peu cher pour la quantité du produit (ce que je n'avais pas remarqué avant d'acheter le produit). C'est-à-dire qu'il n'y en a pas beaucoup dans la bouteille.
