I had significant hair loss do to an illness and this really helped my hair. Massage it into the scalp very well - both the shampoo and conditioner- to see the right results. The smell is a little different but easy to get used to (especially if you’d prefer healthy hair over smelling good) I suggest leaving both products in your hair for a few minutes before washing and always rinse with cold water to close the cuticles. It may frizz your hair slightly but with consistent use , you should start to feel the little hairs coming in! It’s not a quick fix so don’t get discouraged and for the price you can afford to add this to your hair routine. You can pair it with other shampoo and conditioners as well.
