It was a very very good read. It was great to understand the fundamentals of food and nutrition. I think I loved how descriptive it was, it also covered the misconceptions about foods and food habits. It is a very amazing book, everyone must read it. You would know how to eat better afterwards and even while reading this book. “You would know yourself better when you read this book” is the best thing that I can say about this book.
