I'm waist size 30-31 so I ordered medium to make sure it would fit over clothes in winter... However was way too big, so sizing is a little off. But no hassle returning it and they even shipped the new one with free two day shipping. Very comfortable too, with great padding. I used to use Occidental's sheepskin belt padding but I found that rather uncomfortable, especially for the price.... I find leather cumbersome and uncomfortable, especially when kneeling/crouching. This belt has better padding IMO and is easier to move around in.
