There's about an inch from my big toe to the end of the boot. So yes, Medium should work for you. I would definitely get the elite because you have to adjust the air a lot during the day and having to carry a separate tool would be a nightmare.Just my two cents... **Q: with the short model will my toes stick out past the boot?** A: Short refers to how far it goes up your leg, not the length of the foot bed. So no, your toes should be entirely enclosed by the boot, as long as you order the correct size.
