**Q: Is the 12mm in diameter section 142mm long?**
A: 100mm

**Q: Is there a rear version with 135mm in length?**
A: No, this is 100 mm spacing for front fork.

**Q: How does this work with the factory ball bearings?**
A: This just takes the place of the through-axle and reduces it to take a normal QR skewer as well as allowing the wheel to sit in a normal dropout. As far as the hub and its bearings are concerned, it’s just like having the normal axle installed.

**Q: Will this work with an actual 9mm skewer as apposed to a 5mm skewer?**
A: This allows use of a 9mm QR skewer on an axle that normally requires a 12mm thru bolt. I would not recommend use of a 5mm skewer. It is specifically designed for adapting to a 9mm skewer.
