I mean. I honestly don't know how to write a review for a multivitamins. But it is a multivitamin. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now, and it's nice, a lot of people say that they get tummy aches, but if you eat a nice healthy meal, you should not get any tummy issues( in my experience)

Of course it's hard to know what effect these things are actually having, but I've been taking them for years. You can find not-name-brand cheaper, but this is the original. Pills are decent size and easy to swallow; cap is fairly easy to take off. Not cheap, but recommended.

As a senior, I found the combination of vitamins and potency to be ideal for everyday health.
