Review: Performs well and nice price - Bought to test run capacitors and works well and is accurate. Note it only goes up to 200 mfd so if you want to test start capacitors above 200mfd which many are this will not work. It also goes down to pico farads
Review: Was about to return it until... - Meter would not provide any readings when I first installed the leads that come with it. Thought it was a dud. Leads didn't feel quite right when pushed into the meter, so swapped with leads from another meter and measured capacitors again, this time meter worked like a charm. I had to trim some of the insulation from around the male end of each lead because they were not making contact where you plug the leads into the meter. Other than that, this is a nice little meter.

Meter would not provide any readings when I first installed the leads that come with it. Thought it was a dud. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent meter for the price, but not as accurate as I expected.

Decent meter, but not as accurate as it claims. First, in the low range, it is off by about 10 microH. I measure a known standard coil of 2.2 uH and it shows as -7. 10 uH reads as 0.0. Even in the upper ranges, it's off by a fair bit. 68 mH reads as 59. The capacitance measurements have similar accuracy issues. It is consistently low. A 0.1 uF 2% precision capacitor measures at 0.075 Overall, this meter is worth the money and will get you a reading in the ballpark but it's accuracy is commensurate with its price. Note that I used the cx/lx socket and not the probes since those will introduce reactance.
