I picked up this 6-foot gold-plated RCA cables, and the signal quality has been impressive. The sound is so clean and consistent that I ended up ordering a set for each of my cars. The look is clean and professional. The cable quality feels solid. It’s flexible enough to route easily but still has that sturdy feel that gives confidence it’ll last. The ease of use is great too. Just plug in and go with no noise or interference. As for durability, everything about the build suggests it’ll hold up well long-term. Considering the performance, the value for money is excellent. A great buy if you want reliable sound without spending a lot.

Excellent choice. I use it to connect components of McIntosh. No extranoise or humming. Works very well, thick and yet flexible. Good value for the money.

I picked up the Tan QY 2RCA-to-2RCA 3ft/1m cable mainly so I could cut it up and make a high-level stereo-to-RCA converter harness in my truck. Out of the bag, the packaging was nicer than expected, and the connectors look decent for the money (color-coded red/white and gold-plated). After opening it up and doing basic continuity checks: What I liked: • Jacket is labeled “OFC (Cu-4N)”, meaning copper with a purity of 99.99% and the conductors look like they could be tinned copper (silver-colored strands). I can’t 100% confirm the metallurgy without proper testing, but it didn’t scream “junk” on inspection. • Wire size looks roughly ~26–24 AWG compared to a known 24 AWG piece I had on hand (so a little on the thin side, but usable for line-level audio). • There’s foil shielding (the typical “conductive on one side only” style), which is what I expected in a cheap stereo cable, nice to have nonetheless. • Internally, red/white are the two signal positives and black is the shared negative/return, and mine was actually wired logically (I always test, some budget cables aren’t). Things to know: • The two RCA channels share a common negative/ground conductor. That’s normal for many stereo RCA leads, but if you’re chasing the absolute best channel separation/noise rejection (or running long distances), separate fully shielded coax per channel would be better. • The conductors are a bit thin, so I wouldn’t choose this for a “forever” install where it’ll be constantly flexed or tugged, though it does have molded strain relief at the ends. For the price, it’s not terrible at all. If you just need a basic short RCA cable, or you’re doing a DIY project like I was, it’s totally serviceable, just don’t expect “premium” copper gauge or construction.
