I really needed some CD-18's for my soy candles. As a last resort, I looked on Amazon and found these. The comments had me somewhat worried, but I was desperate, so I placed an order. I used these in making 3" candle tins using 464 wax. I must say, I got a great melt pool and really good hot throw. Maybe I got lucky -- I don't know. But these wicks worked well for me.
