Before purchasing the pulley system gym I had no where to hang the set from so I made sure that it came with a mechanism to hang the hanging strap from, fortunately the TRNSFRM set comes with a pull up bar, which is perfect for hanging the set from and also allows me to do various different exercises from the bar. From what I could see this is the only pulley system gym on desertcart that includes a pull up bar. It takes less than a minute to set up and means I can now do all my usual cable exercises that I would normally do at the gym. It’s great that it comes with a Lat pull down bar as I was only able to do lat pulldowns at the gym but now I can do them from the comfort of my own home. Make sure that already own weigh plates as you need them to put on the loading pin, I use 1-inch weight plates, but 2-inch Olympic weight plates work as well. Review: Very high-quality set, brilliant for my home gym - This set has been brilliant and has allowed me to do so many different exercises from home. I can now do Lat pulldowns, face pulls, a lot of tricep push down variations, pullovers, bicep cable curls as well as pull ups using the doorway pull up bar.
