Breathe Right Nasal Strips Clear Small/Medium 30 Count (Pack of 2)

These nasal strips are fantastic for helping me breathe better at night--that is, when you can get them to stick properly to your nose. They work better than the costly CPAP machine (which I've given up on because the CPAP machines I've tried are so uncomfortable). The only problem is that the nasal strips don't always adhere well to my nose, in which case they don't work at all. I've found the small size works better for me--and of course it's important to make sure the skin on your nose doesn't have any oily residue, soap or cream on it before applying the nasal strip. I wipe my nose with rubbing alcohol first. I've also found it helps to heat the nasal strip a little bit with a hair dryer or radiant heater to make it softer before applying it to your nose--then hold the strip in place gently but firmly with your fingers for about 20 seconds before letting go.

The strips definitely help with breathing at night. They also seem to reduce snoring.

Couldn’t find this size in any local stores. Glad amazon had them.

i have been using these every night for over a year. I used to wake up feeling like my nose was stuffy and couldn't breath as well. These have made a huge difference for me in my quality of sleep! I had hoped they might help keep me from snoring too, but my husband says that is not the case. These are a little too big for my nose, but the smaller ones don't do as well for me opening up my nasal passage. The one down side i have for these is the adhesive residue that remains on my nose when I remove the strip. It washes right off with soap and water, but until you get into the bathroom to wash, you have sticky goop on your nose. For me, the benefits of the nose strips out weighs the other problems.

I have an inner-nose injury from my youth that makes it hard to breathe through one nostril, and found myself constantly waking up with a sore throat from sleeping with my mouth open, coughing myself awake, etc., so I finally started using these regularly about a month ago. The difference in sleep quality is HUGE. I no longer wake up repeatedly during the night, and I've been sleeping like a log! These are totally clear, and once they're on, they STICK, yet I've had no pain or issues when removing them the next morning (just peel straight off). Unlike some other strips I've tried in the past, these don't peel off on their own during the night either.

I ordered LARGE size, but was sent Small-Medium size. Disappointed, as this size is too small and not effective for me. :-(
