Soft, very warm and cozy, as it's sort of a fleece/ French terry on the inside.I bought them for under my scrubs.

warmth
Normally I wear a 2XL but according to the measurements I went with a 3XL. It is snug but on tight on my body but the arms are tight and just a little too long. Overall I am happy with the shirt and have only worn it once so far and it did keep me warm with the extreme cold.
