Game Changer
I had issues with actually receiving this item because they're in low stock everywhere. Im not weighing that in my review its just some background context, which is why Im still giving it 5 stars. But I ordered this thing 3 times and finally it was fulfilled and Im very glad I was patient and waited. Samsung has been killing it on the innovation side. This vaccum like most of their stuff is awesome. As for the performance of the vaccum. It is great if you have other Samsung products because everything links together on the Smart Things app, which you can still download if you dont have it. The app will allow you to control where, when, and how you want it to vaccum. Requires a little bit of setup the first time (~15-30 mins depending on the size of your house) but once its ready to go, you probably will never have to edit it again. Vaccum performance. If you live in a studio or very small home you can defenitly get away with using just one of these (that goes for all robot vaccums). If you have a home thats medium to large size you may want to consider 1 - 3 depending on how many stories/floors you have. You can sync multiple samsung jet bots together and schedule cleaning times where they can all clean at the same time (like before you wake up in the morning or after you go to bed). It is a game changer not having to constantly vaccum. Its just one less thing to do. All you really have to do is empty the trash bags at the base station where the robot empties its dust bin. Overall probably buying a 2nd one to add this first one.

Works very well
The vacuum works very well, cleaning where it can, adapting to new areas and fitting into new spots as things move around, reversing when it gets stuck, and ensuring that it goes back to clean spots it knows it missed from its map. It cleans most spots exactly twice in a normal cycle. My only complaints are that the actual map doesn't seem to update after the first run, it did a bad job mapping on its very first run (since fixed), and the fact splitting of rooms in the app doesn't work.

Stay away from this headache
I can’t believe I fell for this and actually paid for it—hands down the worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. I was able to use the Samsung Jet Bot for about five months, but the problems started right out of the box. Setup was a nightmare, with connectivity issues and constant error messages. Even when it worked, the suction was weak, and it had a mind of its own, often getting stuck or skipping entire areas. After a few months, it started randomly stopping mid-clean, refusing to charge properly, and getting even worse at navigating. One of the most frustrating things is when the vacuum runs low on battery and tries to return to the base—but instead of docking, it just keeps sliding off, failing to charge, and eventually dying in the process. It’s completely useless. I’ve tried resetting it, cleaning the sensors, and following all troubleshooting steps, but nothing helps. For the price I paid, I expected reliability, not something that barely functions and causes more headaches than it’s worth. Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your money on this piece of junk.

Worth it (at a discount)
Smart little robo vacuum with decent suction power. Great for hard floors, left wanting in carpets and rugs though. Have two dogs (a husky and aussie) and have massive hair problems. Was hoping this would help me with the hair problems especially during shedding season, does a decent job! Nice low profile is great so it gets under the bed and tv stand. Pathing is great, and gets nice and close to the walls and corners. Can’t say it’s worth it at msrp but if you can find it for $300-350 it’s a nice quiet and solid robovac!

Great mapping feature, amazing integration into Samsung ecosystem
First of all if you have an Apple device you'll have one of the worst experience because smartthings does not play well with Apple. I'm a huge samsung fan but I did try other competitors as well. First and least expensive robot vacuum I used was Shark AI2511 ($300 during 50% off deal on Amazon). Shark should stick with $300 price tag because the value is just not there. Shark app is horrible. Mapping is not accurate and does not adjust well to changes. Second vac I tried was roomba j7+, most expensive at $579. Everything was good about it, except for the price and the lack of lidar for mapping. Suction was great. Louder than samsung. Comparable build quality to samsung. Third one was the Samsung (paid $400 during cyber monday deal). SmartThings quickly found the vacuum and started mapping the house (quick mapping feature). It mapped the first floor (1400sq.ft.) in roughly 15 min. Quick mapping was not very accurate though. That night I ran complete cleaning cycle and the map greatly improved. It had to self empty twice during the max power cleaning cycle. This vacuum talks a lot, it tells you everything that it does. It has very good build quality. Been using it for a month now with no complains.

Impressive start for Samsung to get into the robotic vacuum industry. A few issues though...
I had extremely high hopes for this vacuum. It was very easy to set up. It integrates well with all of your other Samsung devices through the SmartThings app. It is much quieter than a previous robo-vac that I owned, and the fact that it automatically transfers to the tower is amazing. The ability to set "no-go" zones is also an excellent feature, and absolutely necessary for reasons I will get into... Within about a month of owning this robo-vac I had to call customer service because it kept getting stuck on one of my low-pile carpets (same height as other carpets it didn't get stuck on, so it was bizarre.) Customer Service couldn't diagnose the issue, so they told me I had to ship the vacuum back. I was sent two different UPS labels in my email, which I thought was strange but proceeded to go to UPS anyway. When I got there, they said that I had to pay $17 for the packing supplies. I had just brought a vacuum into a UPS store and I was leaving town the next day so I just paid it and called back the next week to get it reimbursed. They refused to reimburse me, stating that I used the incorrect of the 2 UPS labels that were sent to me. When asked why I even received an incorrect UPS label, they had no answer. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager said the same thing. They don't know why I was sent 2 labels (it was verified by Samsung that both were sent--I wasn't making this up), but I used the wrong one. After 3 hours on the phone, I decided $17 isn't worth it anymore, and just dropped the issue. When I received the vacuum back, it was clear that they had just sent me a new one. However, this time it came with a note saying that "Samsung Robot Vacuums do not work on carpets with black color in them." My living room carpet has a few black swirls in it (I've attached a photo so you can see). And ultimately this means I have to set my whole living room as a no-go zone. So nothing was wrong with the vacuum, this is literally just a product flaw that I didn't know about. I'm still happy with this vacuum in general (it gets stuck a bit more often than I was expecting), but if I had known it wouldn't work on the largest carpet in my house when I purchased it, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

johnny is so cool
yes, her name is johnny. i’ve never owned a robot vacuum cleaner, and i’m impressed! i haven’t tried it in the living room yet, but my gosh, johnny found all the hairs on my floors. i’m honestly quite impressed with this little robot. i’m not tech savvy, but it wasn’t that difficult in regards to setting it up. it definitely wasn’t as easy as setting up an apple product, but i love johnny. she’s so cute. it did take a while for it to fully charge, but i guess that’s expected. if you have the money, i think it’s worth the investment! i’ve heard that it sometimes doesn’t recognize dog poop, so it ends up just throwing poop everywhere… fortunately, there is an option to close off an area! if your dog isn’t potty trained, good luck. i’m absolutely fascinated with johnny.

I was pleasantly surprised
Well first I must say this is my FIRST robot vacuum so I was a little reluctant to buy to say the least. BUT I do have to say the results were very pleasing. The noise level is exactly as others attested to and not too loud at all. In fact, it's more quiet than my normal Dyson vacuum. It's so easy to control via my phone and it really does a GREAT job of doing your general surface cleaning. I have 3 dogs so they pretty much leave it be and let it run it's course. Plus I can control what areas I want it to clean via my phone. And to have it automatically empty the debris itself is just another plus. BEST purchased I have made in awhile on since this is makes my life so much easier in keeping my home clean especially with pets!
