This is terrible quality black dyed gravel. It breaks apart very easily and crumbles into tiny pieces and despite rinsing it, my fish started dying a while after placing it in their tank. After removing them 3 out of five died and suffered in the process. Totally toxic and unsafe.

My children have been asking for a fish tank for almost a year now and I kept coming up with reasons why we didn't need one. For their birthday we finally decided that they are responsible enough to take care of it. On one condition, we NEED to have a Glofish tank. These rocks are amazing under the blue led lights. I mixed them with a bag of black rocks to help blend the colors. It turned out awesome. My twins were so excited when they woke up on their birthday and found a new fish tank set up in their playroom. I am so pleased with the way these rocks glow that I plan to buy amother bag for my gold fish tank on my desk and get a blue led light for him too.

They’re the perfect size and much darker and more natural looking than a bag I’d purchased from my local fish store.

Looks awesome on my beta tank, although I need to clean my tank at the moment. I have a UFO and a floating planet that makes it look cool. It glows nicely under the light. It was cheaper than buying it from the pet store and worked just as well as the rocks I bought for my other tank. It does show algae more on the green verses the black and neon ones.
