Can i use dual mic and record on left and right channel for the iphone 13 pro? i have read that the dual mic does not work deity d4 duo.

When connecting a second mic into the input jack of the D4 Mini, the mic will send 2 separate channels. The iPhone does not support 3 channels so at best you will hear them mixed, at worst only one of them.

4 feet is a reasonable distance, but as with any microphone, it’s always best to set it as close to the person as reasonably possible.

you can put it on Canon R50 hot shoe mount to fix. but the D4 mini need to be used together with 3.5mm TRS Output Cable.
