Robust and portable
This has travelled all over with me and is really useful. I often pack it in hand-luggage and it it not a drama. Great for taking on holiday or business trips to ensue that I have a roller on hand. Extremely robust. I am 14 stone and this has not faltered. Well worth the cash. Even take it to my home gym sometimes. A good purchase.

Mini foam roller
One of the best gadgets I've ever bought, I've even taken it on my holidays as its so easy to pack and light weight. Highly recommend this foam roller if you're looking for a small version or travel size. I love the colour but that's personal preference. Great value for money, easy to use, very sturdy. Don't hesitate to buy this.

⭐ 5/5 — Compact, effective recovery tool on the go
The TriggerPoint Grid Travel Foam Roller delivers serious muscle relief in a small, travel-friendly form. At just around 10 inches long, it fits easily into a backpack or carry-on yet offers the same firm pressure as full-size rollers. The hollow core keeps it lightweight without losing strength, and the textured grid design mimics a massage therapist’s hands, helping release tight fascia and improve mobility. Performance is impressive for its size. It handles glutes, calves, IT bands, and back tension effectively. The multi-density zones allow both gentle rolling and deep trigger point pressure depending on where you apply force. The EVA foam surface is durable, sweat resistant, and easy to clean, making it ideal for gym or travel use. The only minor trade-offs are its limited length for full back rolls and slightly moderate firmness if you prefer aggressive deep-tissue work. In short, this roller combines portability, durability, and performance perfectly. A must-have for athletes, travelers, or anyone serious about muscle recovery.
