I've been using Sal de Uvas Picot or ENO for occasional heartburn and indigestion, and it works incredibly well. Also you can use during cooking. Indian people called it as Eno and use it during making Dhokla, Khaman and lots of other recipes. Eno is used in cooking as a fast-acting leavening agent and emulsifier, functioning primarily to make batters light, fluffy, and soft. After a heavy meal or spicy food, one packet dissolved in water starts working within just a few minutes. The effervescent powder dissolves quickly, tastes pleasant, and provides fast relief from stomach heaviness, acid reflux, and heartburn. The individually wrapped sachets are very convenient to carry in a purse, backpack, or travel bag, making them perfect for home, work, or vacations. I also appreciate that the formula is simple and effective, using sodium bicarbonate and citric acid to help neutralize excess stomach acid. Picot Salt is an excellent product.
Picot Salt is an excellent product. It works great whenever I have an upset stomach or heartburn, and it provides fast relief. It also has a pleasant taste and is very easy to prepare. I always keep a box at home. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

It Works
I Love Picot! No matter what is going on with my belly, it always seems to calm and settle it. I usually sit up while taking it, to let the bubbles do their work.. and usually feel better soon after, 10-15 mins. Easy, Portable, Works Great & not a pill.

Works Great!
I learned about this from a pharmacist on YT and decided to give it a try. It works better than Alka Seltzer! I think its the combination of ingredients and its certainly easy on the wallet. It doesn't taste good but nothing like this does but still tastes better than AS.
