Magic Sliders 08200 Screw-On Floor Slide 3/4" Round

Excellent product. I've used them for at least three years. We have six wooden chairs on a diagonal set tile floor in our kitchen dining area. Sliding the chairs is a breeze even when sitting on them. Very easy to install, although I use my own screws (#8 stainless) because the provided screws are very small. I love the security of the screw rather than a nail or adhesive. I've tried those in the past and they would eventually come off. These remain in place. The only issue is that they only last about a year, but that is due to heavy use, as our family uses these chairs every day.

We recently put these on the bottom of my oak kitchen chairs. I was really hesitant to do this because I thought they might not slide well on the 16" square tile I use. I thought they may hang in the grout lines but they are great. We originally put this on my dad's chair (he has Parkinson's and we have to help him pull up and push away from the dining table). It made it so much easier. My brother installed the screw in type rather than the kind that stick on. WOW. I am really glad we went this route. When we first purchased this oak table set I tried those stick on pads. What a mess. They did not do well, I had to work to remove them all of the way as they partially came off very quickly. I was worried about these not lasting long, too, but they are doing great. We have had them for quite a while and they are not wearing down yet. If I need to, I will replace with the same product. Well worth it. Durable and they slide great.

These worked perfectly on the small bolts at the bottom of my outdoor tables. I hammered them on top of the bolts so they wouldn’t scrape the marble patio floor. Couldn’t buy them at Lowe’s anymore. Size: Fit tightly Glide: tables easily slide across the marble floor.

Overall this is the best item I've found for the dining table chairs on my hardwood floors, and the chairs move beautifully with these. BUT a hard-learned lesson is that the plastic rings can eventually crack and allow the screws to scratch the flooring. By the time I noticed an odd scratching sound when sliding my chair, a number of nasty scratches greeted me when I looked under the chair and discovered a fully exposed screw resulting in metal on wood contact--and the wood lost! Be sure to regularly check them on any chairs that get significant use, and replace them at the first sign of cracking to avoid doing some substantial damage to your wood floor.

Magic Sliders transformed an oddly-sized, rectangular table into a moveable kitchen caddy when I quickly drilled holes into each of the four legs of an old wooden table I could have easily given away. Magic Sliders are the DIY helper that's so simple to use, it will work for those who don't think they can "do it themselves." With just a gentle push of the refurbish, when prepping a meal or dining casually, I can move ingredients and bowls all over the kitchen and tote big bowls of items to the table that would have been too heavy to carry easily with a gentle push of the refurbished tables. An inexpensive and absolutely terrific product.

We used these to replace the felt pads that would always wear down and fall off. These pads screw onto the chairs and are absolutely fantastic. They glide nicely and best yet they do not collect pet hair and debris. We have hardwood floors and they do not scratch or damage them in anyway. Highly recommend.

I’m installing these on a side-board I ordered and during the installation process it was a breeze! I love how I can maneuver this side-board so easily - in case I need more for a future project I’m ordering more of theses now ! The price of these on another site was double!!! So I bought them here-

I was looking for something like this that would screw into the chair legs The ones I have on my dining room chairs are shot and they have lasted at least 20 years. I hope these last a good long time they were easy to install since the holes were already there I only ordered enough for 2 chairs to test them out and I am so happy I ordered enough for 2 more chairs

Just put in a luxury vinyl floor in my Ding Room. I have used felt and also tennis balls on the bottom of my chair legs to help move the chairs easier and prevent scratching. With 2 dogs in the house both attracted the dog hair and they were not as easy to slide as I had hoped for. Decided to buy these magic sliders. I have six chairs so I decided to buy one packaged to see how they would work. When I received the first package to my surprise there were only 7 sliders instead of 8 !. Oh well I did one chair and found they were great. I decided that I would order 3 extra packages to finish the job. I guess I will hang on the the other 3 in case I need one to repair a chair in the future.

A little costly, but the product is very good

Compre este producto esperando a que funcionaran sin embargo me decepcione mucho al recibirlos, no cumplen con la funcion que prometen ademas de que es dificl de instalar y la sillas no resbalan tan facil como este producto lo promete, no lo recomiendo en lo personal existen otras opciones mas baratas y mas faciles de comprar, definitivamente decepcionante :(

We installed new luxury vinyl flooring. Love my new flooring but it has a bit of a texture to it. No felt pad or even sticky sliders would stay. These screwed on ones are perfect!
