Is it okay to keep it plugged in all the time?

I don't own this speaker but have the kick but Bose Revolve Plus with a handle on top for attaching to a carbiner clip zip-tied to my bicycle (you can't exercise without music and headphones aren't safe) BUT a laptop of mine was ruined either the battery and/or motherboard by not realizing I shouldn't have left it plugged in all the time and since the repairs would have probably have been $200 I bought a new Asus laptop. Both my bicycle and laptops are on individual insurance policy riders on my renters insurance and since each is valued over $500 there is no deductible so when my old laptop broke I got $1,000 deposited into my checking acct. for the new laptop!

can this be used with an auxiliary cord as well as the bluetooth?

The previous answer is WRONG and should be deleted. I have this speaker and it has a 3.5 mm auxiliary input. It's plugged into my Sirius XM radio that does not have Bluetooth
