Great if you are pulling wire solo. Saves a lot of running back and forth. Simple and effective. Used it for a 40 foot run of 1/2 EMT with (6) 12ga wires in the bundle. Only needed to stop once due to a tangle.

It creates a smooth radius for the wire to glide over, preventing the sharp metal edge of the box from skinning the insulation. It makes a huge difference, especially if you are pulling wire by yourself, don't need a helper to guide wire into conduit. Value. The only downside is the price. It feels a bit pricey for a piece of plastic. However, when you compare it to the cost of having to re-pull a circuit because the wire got nicked on a sharp edge, it is worth the investment.
