TRX GO Suspension Trainer, At Home, Portable Gym Workout, For Strength Training, Full Body Exercise Equipment

I bought this TRX Training system based on the recommendation of three friends. Two of those friends are hardcore martial artists who are into strength training, and the other is a middle aged woman who greatly just wanted to get into better shape and lose weight (working with this system and with a profession coach she has lost 88 pounds). I needed a training system I could take with when traveling. This system is great! First off, it was easy to set up, attaching it to tree limbs and to doors in hotel rooms. I looked up videos on YouTube regarding different exercises and ways to perform them. This is a great workout. I have always been a big believer in body weight exercises such as planks, push-ups and deep knee squats, and this TRX Training system greatly compliments those exercises with a plethora of complimentary exercises such as rowing, curls, triceps extensions, shoulder and back exercises that are like a modified fly motion really hitting the middle of the back and shoulders. This is fun and easy to perform, but gives an excellent work out. I now have something I can take anywhere and do my workouts even while traveling. BTW, one of my friends drives an eighteen wheeler and stops at rest stops and hooks his TRX Training system to his rig and workouts everyday while traveling cross country.

Honestly, I hesitated for too long to purchase a TRX system for myself and am only upset I didn’t do it sooner. I use to use one pre-pandemic at the gym. Now with things starting to slowly open back up, I am still extremely skeptical and anxious to return to a gym. Buying the TRX has really revived my at home workouts and I’m super stoked that I can take it with me wherever the heck I want. It’s super easy to set up, take down, stow away. Very durable, sleek, and overall fantastic product. There’s also a lot of versatility with the TRX. I was having some issues with my knee a while ago and was limited in what I could do but with the TRX, you can adjust range of motion and really focus on making sure your form is perfect for specific workouts (i.e. my squats and lunges).

I went through a lot of different suspension training sets in research, comparing and gathering info. I ended up buying this TRX set for 3 reasons: 1. Name brand, with good reviews 2. The other non-name brands that were well-reviewed were sold out 3. This was the cheaper of TRX sets. This set looks sturdy and reviews were mostly very positive, and it's one that I can also take on the road if needed, so I went this direction. I was looking at a couple other sets from other brands, but the ones that I researched and found to be well made were all sold out or on backorder for a long while (thanks COVID!). This is a much more expensive set than those others, but also is the least expensive of the TRX bunch. I don't need the super duper heavy duty sets, because I'm not going to be using suspension training as my main source of working out, so I figured it's the best way to go. I purchased this mainly for stretching purposes, as I need some better ways of stretching for my back issues. Anyway, I've had it for a couple months and it is performing well and is handling everything I need it to. I'm doing my work right now with the door attachment, but eventually I'll figure out where I want to install the brackets so I can do it from better support than the door. The door attachment is holding up well so far, no signs of it breaking down, so I'm pleased with that. But long term it will be beneficial to stud mount it. Since I don't have the garage space to do it, finding a place in the house that isn't an eyesore is the name of the game. Anyway, all that to say is that it's been a piece of gear, super comfortable grips, and straps have proven sturdy and reliable. If you can afford the price tag, it's a great set!

Excellent product! Makes a huge difference in how I feel after working out. I recently starting dancing, and going to the gym between work and rehearsals was becoming a huge problem. My joints were so sore! There's so much less joint pain (like knee pain after running track for 20 min) but a nice steady burn in the muscles to let you know you are really working out. The one year app subscription included is also awesome with tons of different workouts and it will sync with your s health app and your activity tracker sensors to give you all your stats. I found a really cool stretching routine that I do to limber up before rehearsal and then to cool down after. With the TRX Go being so small and convenient for carrying along, I've been taking it with me so I can warm up at the venue, and now that locally we've been having some fall weather, I take it to the park and attach it to the chin up bars outside at the park for a change of scenery (The photo is a spiral staircase I use at my parents when I stay there). The TRX straps are clearly engineered for quality and saftey. Well worth the cost; I'll be upgrading to other TRX equipment in the near future.

The TRX system itself is in great condition and works exactly as expected. However, I was surprised that it did not arrive in its original retail packaging. While the equipment is good, the presentation was a bit disappointing for a new purchase. Still a solid product, but be aware of the packaging if you are buying this as a gift.

Husband uses it every day. He can take it where ever he goes and throws it over a tree at the park or at home. He even had a lady at the park take a picture to show her husband. He’s 68 and it’s helping keep him active when he’s not close to a gym or home with his work out equipment.

I am from Toronto, Canada and the box arrived via UPS in one week. I wasn't asked for duties...don't know if I will receive a bill for that down the road as UPS did call and leave me a VMX. The first thing I did when I opened the box is enter the code provided to regsiter for the free one-year use of the TRXtraining Website and app. It worked and I suggest ths as a first step. I signed up on the mylocker section of the TRXtraining site, instructions are on the card. I followed the video for the setup, it's easy and I also browsed all the content available, which comes with the purchase. There are lots of live videos and training tools on the app, you will learn a lot. I found the straps to be very sturdy, , it took me a while to understand how to adjust them but it's not hard, door anchor is great, my husband also double checked everything. I am a lightweight person, 125 lbs, so not sure if somebody who is much heavier may enjoy the straps. I have to say the PRO version you get at the gym is much better but I don't think it's necessary for the home. I did a few exercise videos and loved it. Also, I discovered the CHAT feature on the desktop and tried it out: an agent replied back within minutes on a Sunday morning, I was surprised that someone was available to answer any of my questions. The agent named Becky was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me youtube clips to watch to help me. Thank you!

The TRX GO Suspension Trainer has been a great addition to my home workouts. It’s lightweight and easy to set up, but still feels sturdy and secure once you’re using it. I paired it with a ceiling mount, and the straps clip in easily and hold up well during all types of exercises. What I love most is how portable it is—you can move it around the house or take it with you if you want to work out somewhere else. Despite being the more compact TRX model, it still delivers a solid full‑body workout with plenty of resistance just from your own body weight. If you want something simple, effective, and space‑saving, this is a great option.

Classic TRX suspension with great material used and brilliant finishing. Using it in tree for outdoor training and it has never let me down. Thanks

I got the lightweight TRX GO. Kinda wish I'd bought the next level up given the straps are quite thin, but I wanted the lightest option to travel with and have used it a few times now and feels secure. Love TRX generally as a piece of equipment. Re: the key to free card, I contacted the vendor and apparently they are no longer doing that. Now it's just the standard free trial period on the app. Quick response back from the vendor, which was appreciated. Honestly, if they just update the Amazon page so no one expects the card, I wouldn't have even noticed anything was 'missing'. Overall, love having my very own TRX.

Il prodotto mi è sta recapitato velocemente comprensivo di tutti gli accessori presenti nella descrizione. Veramente ottima la fattura, cinghie molto robuste e molte le cuciture ( come si vede nelle foto) che rendono il tutto più sicuro e resistente. Le due fettucce, come si evince dal video sono libere di scorrere per circa 10 cm dopo di che si bloccano. Le maniglie sono comode e garantiscono un ottimo grip, inoltre sono libere di ruotare intorno alla fettuccia facendo in modo di rendere agevole lo svolgimento degli esercizi. Molto utile il poster che spiega come effettuare i vari esercizi e veramente notevole l'applicazione che, dopo essersi iscritti con il codice presente nella confezione, permette di costruirsi programmi personalizzati di allenamento diseguire i vari tutorial presenti. CONCLUSIONI A mio avviso è un prodotto davvero ottimo, e del resto per fare esercizi in sospensione credo che sia consigliabile, per la nostra sicurezza, affidarsi a prodotti magari un po' più cari di altri ma di buona fattura.
