I am very pleased with the fan. It works good. Looks like it’s very well built quiet and seems to move the air around. Thought I would write more to this review. I’ve had this fan a month and it’s really does a good job. Don’t even know what’s on, but it moves a lot of air and keeps the room. Very warm would highly recommend it. I have the large one with the five blade.

We purchased this heat powered fan to assist with warm air distribution in an emergency. Although we never lost power in this week’s frigid temps, our family room has 22 foot ceilings and we’ve used the fan successfully on top of a radiator style space heater to spread the warm air more efficiently. I will also be able to use it with other emergency heat sources we’ve acquired. Noseless and effective.

Nothing wrong with this fan, and it starts spinning with the least bit of heat that comes through the top of the wood stove. It spins like crazy, but it doesn't blow the heat forward that well. Maybe the fan blades aren't big enough to move the air much? I expected it to really blow the heat forward away from the stove, but even holding my hand right in front of it, it doesn't blow very much. It probably does keep the air circulating somewhat I guess. I'm just surprised it doesn't work like I expected. It is quite safe too, if you touch the spinning blades with your hand (not recommended!) the blades will stop and not do much damage if any to your hand. In case anyone is wondering if the blades are dangerous.

Bought this for my parents who don’t like to use up much of their electricity so they use their cooking stove burners to warm up their cold box 1 bedroom house lol. They put their cast iron hotplate on the stove and the fan on top. Works enough to take the chill from their entire house. It’s small but fan is fast and it’s not a force of air like an electric fan but more so a soft gentle blow. It’s incredibly quiet and seems very durable.

I bought 2 of these VODA wood stove heat-powered fan in mid January 2024. The "Great room" /livingroom has a very high ceiling and we were happy with how they did a great job of blowing the heat toward the seating areas so that all the heat didn't just go up to the ceiling. We also loved the fact that the turning fans are noiseless. Right out of the box(es), we were impressed with how heavy, sturdy and well-made they appeared to be - we just placed them on the woodstove, and they just worked when we had a big fire. We figured they would last for many years. There was no need to move the VODAs, so we were very surprised and disappointed that although we are making hot fires in the woodstove daily this month and last, neither of the VODA fans work anymore!!! They can spin easy with a little push from a finger, but they stop and the heat no longer turns the blades. They don't run on electricity or batteries, so it can't be that. We are SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!! (The XL LOPI woodstove has its own electric blower, but it is too loud to leave on when we are in the room.) Can we exchange them for new ones?????

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but this VODA heat-powered stove fan works exactly as advertised and then some. I have it sitting on top of my Mr. Heater Big Buddy propane heater in the garage, and the difference is night-and-day. As soon as the heater warms up, the fan spins up silently and starts pushing that hot air out into the room instead of letting it just rise straight to the ceiling. Before the fan, I had to run the heater on medium-high to feel comfortable out there. Now I keep it on low the whole time and the garage stays warmer longer. I’m easily burning 30-40% less propane per session, so this fan will pay for itself before the end of winter. Build quality is solid, all metal, no cheap plastic parts, and it starts spinning at a very low temperature. No noise, no electricity, no batteries—just pure efficiency. If you use any kind of wood stove, gas heater, or propane heater and want to get way more heat out of it while saving fuel, buy this fan. 100% worth it. Already planning to order a second one for the wood stove in the house. Highly recommend! Seem solid and well built. Bought two for same woodstove. One quit working after two years. Both initially came on sooner and kept spinning longer than the Ecofan. Probably a motor issue.

The bracket holds the fan sturdy. It's not going anywhere. The fan runs quite. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

much less epensive than other fans and yet strong and works so well! Does not hurt to touch it when moving, amazingly . Really moves the warm air successfully! yet you hear nothing and feel no wind, but warm air is boosted within ten minutes to other side of the room, can direct to the hallway and warm the rest of the house. Wonderful in a power failure, and you don't get one room hot and the others lacking.

5-star for the one-day delivery service. 5-star for the product - quality (well-cut metal) and operation (works better than expected) - i put it on a slow combustion stove, and the fan just spins crazily in less than 5 mins. Exactly what we are looking for! i saw that some people gave it 1-star (with picture of it being placed in front of a large open fireplace) because it does not work in front of the fireplace. it is designed to be placed on top of a stove or where there is good heat all around the device (bottom and around).

This fan is really amazing and DEFINITELY WORTH BUYING! I honestly didn't think it was going to be anything special but it really sends the heat because it's moving at a steady slow pace,the extra blades are an added bonus (cheaper ones have way less blades) the blower fan that's built into the fireplace cools it so much it's not worth running (also plugs in wasting power) I'll post a video when the 2nd one gets here as I just ordered another 😁
