Review: Good value for your Money - Good quality. Good grip. Son said ankle support was good too.
Review: Great for weight lifting! - I've been using these shoes on deadlifts and squats for weeks and it feels great. The grip from the floor is perfect for sumo deadlift. (works also with conventional) One thing I've noticed when I always put it on, is that a slight raise from midfoot to forefoot but the heels is planted flat. It's my first time using a wrestling shoes for weightlifting and I admit, it's quite good compared to the usual running shoe or chucks. For the size, I am using a size 10 for Adipower Weightlifting shoe. I got the same size and its the same comfortable fit. Overall, good quality shoe for its price point. I ordered this online and delivered to the Philippines!

A: The size is in US

**Q: Can these be used for weight lifting /body building?**
A: Yes.  They are flat bottomed with good ankle support if you lace them all the way up and put the Velcro strap over.  Be great for deadlifts or anything really.  I prefer oly shoes for squats, power cleans, etc.

**Q: I wear a size 12 wide what size should i get in mens ?**
A: It is not what you expect anyway ! ... cheap material but if you wear a 12 get a 12

**Q: Can these be used for boxing?**
A: Yes my husband has used wrestling shoes for boxing practice before. As for as sanctioned matches, they usually want you in boxing shoes.

True to size, my son says they're extremely comfortable, easy to put on, the strap across the ankle is perfect, the color is perfect because it matches his uniform, he said he gets good traction while he's wrestling, very durable, and great value for the money.
