Almost 5 stars!
Made this today. Was really good. Needs to bake a little longer than recommended, about 5 minutes. Maybe because I added 3 eggs, walnuts and raisins and 60 percent cacao Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips. I use the 365 cornbread mix also, but first time for this as King Arthur is what I use in my Sourdough bread and is so good also. This may take its place! I never give anything a 5 star, but this is close!

Best gluten free cornbread out there!
What I love about King Arthur gluten free cornbread is it tastes great without having too much sugar and it bakes up fluffy and moist. Others I tried were dense and did not compare to the flavor this one had. Easily my favorite cornbread mix.

Very good
This is good quality and tastes good for gluten free. I made it for some family members at a gathering at my home bc the have celiacs. They ate it up.

Has a good taste
Gluten-free but not dry or tasteless. I tried this corn bread mix specifically because it is a non-gmo product. Although its a little more expensive than other corn bread mixes, I liked it well enough to order it again.
