I just received my second tub of these Bio Cultures, and they do seem to be helping somewhat, based on the past two months. I now need to see what they will be like in the long term. I am hoping that if there is a continued improvement, I can eventually wean off the prescription gut helpers, which damage other parts of the body!

These probiotics have been easy to add to my routine and feel gentle on the stomach. The 60 billion CFU formula seems strong, but it doesn’t cause any discomfort, and the two month supply is great because you get plenty of capsules for the price. I like that they’re suitable for both women and men, and the amount you get makes them good value. So far they’ve felt effective and simple to take every day.

I purchased these capsules due to having digestive issues...loose stools and not formed. I also had an issue that every single morning I had to go to the toilet twice, once before breakfast and always afterwards-with loose stools the 2nd time. Taking these capsules I now only go once in the morning and the stools are no longer loose! I started off by taking 2 capsules but found they irritated my stomach further. I switched down to only 1 and take it after I've had something to eat and have found the stools have firmed up, this hadn't happened before no matter what I took, so I am very glad I've found these. It won't work overnight and for me it took over two weeks (because I started with 2 capsules instead of 1) It started with when I went on holiday to Morocco and since coming back my digestive system got messed up, with unformed loose stools, no matter what I tried it didn't work. Seeing that these capsules contain strains such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus paracasei, bifidobacterium lactis, bifidobacterium. longum, Streptococcus thermophilus (all of which are the most beneficial in their family) I chose these capsules. These capsules are a great help if your digestive system is a mess, serving size is 2 capsules which contain 60 billion CFU (CFU in the 30-50 billion range is good for gut care at a general yet advanced level, for when your gut needs extra care). So by taking 1 capsule I take 30 billion CFU's, which I am finding adequate for the issues I was having-I found taking 2 a bit too strong, but it depends on the kind of issue you have, so it may be worth taking 1 to begin with and see how it works for you, if you feel 1 isn't enough, then switch to 2. Some will complain about having to take 2 capsules and not 1, being cheated out of their money, but I stress that taking 60 billion CFU's with 2 capsules will probably be too much for most people. Also you're paying for your gut health which plays an essential part of your health, and these capsules are a definite help. So hope that this review may help to clear some information up and come in useful for some people, and hope they will help people as they've helped me!.

Good value for a 2-month supply with a high CFU count. Capsules are easy to swallow and suitable for a vegan diet, which is a big plus. The combination of probiotics and prebiotics is well thought out, and everything arrived well packaged. Happy with the quality overall and would consider purchasing again.

Excelentes!! Escribo está reseña luego de un año de uso. He comprado un par de veces y los he tomado por ciclos. Un frasco y paro. Luego retomo, y así. Lo uso junto a las enzimas cm Betania HCL y es un plus que ayuda mucho a tu estómago a la hora de digerir mejor. Si sufres mucho de indigestión creo que es de gran ayuda tomar estás dos cosas juntas.
