Best dishwasher in the world, I keep the dish rack on the sink and always use the same dishes almost. I keep the soap lid off so I can dip my finger into the soap tub when I wash my hands, I adjust the handle maybe every 4 years, I think this will be my 5th Dishmaster since 1965 when the body used to be made from a cast instead of a copper pipe, The diverter knob isn't going down automatically on this one and I'm tired of having to wipe the floor dry whenever I turn on the water because the water comes out of the spray brush head because the diverter knob didn't reset down to the off position automatically like it's supposed to, I suspect stretching the diverter spring a bit or a slightly stronger spring would fix this but there is a lot of information about this faucet and how to keep it working perfectly online. I'm told to take the diverter apart and use silicone grease on the silicone O-ring. You have to try one of these if your tired of bending over to look inside a dishwasher for dishes or don't have room for a dishwasher. Luckily my pipes come straight out of the wall for the best looking installation too. The hose eventually gets cut with a knife or breaks when kids fold it to cut off the water while playing and I decide it's time for a new one. Installed a new Dishmaster M76 Imperial Four Kitchen Faucet to replace my often repaired 24 year old Dishmaster M76. Absolutely wonderful kitchen tool! First time I did not install it myself but thanks to Amazon's great installation service got it in. Introduced to the Dishmaster by my Dad, who sold them back in the late 50's and got one for my Mom instead of a dishwasher! (She later got dishwasher anyway). Actually you really do not need anything more than the Dishmaster. I also wished they were advertised more. And yes, I also wish the outer parts were not plastic. I think they would look better longer if they were metal. Interior parts that count are brass though. No problems with this new one, works just fine.

Washing dishes with hot water kills viruses. This is not new news. We have been using a Dishmaster continuously for about 25 years. They last about 10 years but can go longer with rebuild kits. We just don't bother to rebuild. Thanks to superb engineering, replacing the previous Dishmaster with the new arrival took 9 minutes, including the time it took to turn off the water. We wouldn't want to be without one. They make great housewarming gifts and almost render a dishwasher nothing more than storage for clean dishes.

Faucet is fine,but seems overly expensive. I returned the unused parts in exchange for more brushes. I sent them UPS ground and they said they didn’t receive them. My bad for not keeping the tracking info. I would rate them as an average company.

This is the finest product on the market for its purpose. I have owned my home for 60 years. When I bought it, it had a Dishmaster in the kitchen. Over the years, the product aged and eventually (after 55 years) I replaced it with a glitzy, 'modern' faucet. I regretted it almost immediately. Because of cost, I postponed replacing the new faucet. After 3 years of self-denial, as a self-birthday present, I got another Dishmaster. Once again, I am delighted with it. Installation is easy. It works exactly as designed. I suppose everyone has a personal style, but for me, this is the best combination faucet out there.

I remember having a Dishmaster everywhere we lived since 1958 (except for 2 years when we rented). As soon as one wears out, we buy a new one. On October 24, 2019 I bought the third one for our current home which means each one has lasted an average of 25 years (1967-2019). It is usually the valves that fail but now that Amazon carries those parts, I hope this will be the last one I have to buy. The reason I like the Dishmaster so much is that I can wash a few dishes quickly without having to fill a dishpan of soapy water and another of rinse water. The Dishmaster saves time, water, and $.

Have used dishmaster for over 50 years and love them. We are full timing now in our motorhome so this one is going in that. Was disappointed to see the case is now plastic and not metal. Especially with the price of it.

My kitchen is too small to have a dishwasher so my husband bought a Dishmaster Imperial Four for me about 20 yrs ago. Small repairs with kits are easy for me to do (I am a widow now) so it has served me well and still looked shiny and pretty because I took good care of it. It finally needed to be "put to rest" so I bought a new one and even if I had a dishwasher, I would still have a Dishmaster for rinsing dishes, etc. When A problem arose, I called the company and they diagnosed it, recommended the proper kit and sent it to me with simple directions. Voila! I fixed it! I recommend Dishmaster to everyone!
