It's some sort of crumbly cookie type deal literally coated in a sugar glaze, and I suppose that comes with the trade off that we don't have to refrigerate them. They are really fresh and a surprising amount of filling. The expected delivery date was 23rd-27th and they arrived on the 22nd. I’m extremely happy with these!
