Is there a size chart some where?

I do not see a size chart in the description. It does say true to size. I bought a medium. Height is 5 ft 1 in about 130 lbs. The medium fits me fine. Actually its a flattering fit. It would be helpful if there was a size chart. I based the size I purchased from reading the reviews. I hope this helps.
