It works. 2 Durable: They are very strong and made from thick plastic, I've dropped these many times and they are nearly indestructible. 3 Dishwasher proof 4 Microwave proof 5 Freezer proof 6 BPA Free 7 Stackable: they stack inside each other for storage when not in use to save space 8 Modular Space saving design: this is a big one that gives them the edge over most of the competition, most other food storage container companies have not got this right. I bought them thinking they would be that big, so someplace I think I saw that in the description. The entire package with the three containers stacked together is only 6.25" FOR THE PACKAGE! The price was so low, I just kept them. I ended up using a file box with a handle to hold my 8" high items. **Q: Hey guys, is anyone not having issues with leaks/seals? got a set from marshals and love wanted more but seal sucks** A: I have not found an issue with these containers leaking I have never had enough to completely fill them, but usually use to make fruit salad and it works great with no leaks. You should check the blue strip to make sure you have a good seal **Q: leakproof?** A: No, not leakproof and I’ve purchased many of their products, not a one failed to not leak. Knowing this helps better understand what uses they are still good for. Non liquid foods for starters and in all fairness, the only photo of these products I’ve seen with liquids in them were the pitcher and their soup cups with flip vents and they seriously leaked but as long as they remained upright they served the purpose of microwaving soups and yet over time scored the plastic inside from hot liquids and this was a plastic designed for this use. What are they good for? Storage of craft items. Many people use these to store their embossing powders in. If you want leakproof maybe see if Snapware is still being made and sold, those were always better sealed and I stored sugar and flour in them to keep bugs out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8 Reasons you'll love these food storage containers *by B***S on 23 April 2013* 1 Leak proof: all the lids have a rubber gasket and two clips to stop liquids from leaking out. Used for leftovers, take in lunch, heat up in microwave - works for anything. They are definitely airtight - except when vented for heating up. Nice colors to choose from too. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sistema KLIP IT Collection Food Storage Containers, Clear/Green, 28-Piece Set - Sistema 450ml Sandwich Box to Go, One Box (Colors May Vary) - Sistema To Go Multi Split Meal & Food Container with Dividers & Clips | 820ml | BPA-Free | 1 Food Storage Container, Color May Vary --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/338796421-sistema-multi-piece-food-storage-containers-in-assorted-shapes-set](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/338796421-sistema-multi-piece-food-storage-containers-in-assorted-shapes-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
