Breathe Naturally HAPF30 Total AER1 True HEPA Filter Replacement (2 Pack) For Holmes HRC1, HAPF300, HAPF30D-U2, HAPF30CS

Although looked like a quality filter it did not fit my air purifier, Holmes hap240.Had to return.

When it was time to replace the HAPF30 filter on my Holmes air filter, I started the search. Various prices for various vendors, and not everyone carries the filters for this machine, which is 12 years old and still working fine (compliment to Holmes). These didn't come with spacers, so I got out some window seal foam and wrapped that around the filter before I inserted it into my air filter machine. The original Holmes filters didn't need spacers, but the ones I've gotten since then usually have them. I must have tossed them when I disposed of the old filter. Actually, window seal foam may be a tighter seal anyway, if you have some handy. The price for this vendor was quite reasonably.

Literally just opened it and put it in my air filter. I have the Holmes Hapf 300 air purifier. I was concerned at first because it does look small right out of the box. It is small. However, i have the bracket that held my original filter and was able to use that to hold the replacement filter in place. If you don’t have the little bracket that it originally came with, it won’t fit.

These were OK - but not great. They fit fine for sure, but I don't think they are made exactly like the original. They don't seem to filter as well. The originals which came with my air purifier worked great for over 3 months in a small ~ 10x10' room we use for the cat box. Air was perfectly filtered. As I have COPD, I'm very sensitive to bad air. When we replaced those after 3 months with these - the air didn't ever seem to be as clean, and the cat odor smell was strong even though we cleaned the unit thoroughly and changed both filters. I think I'm going to go back to the more expensive originals to verify for myself whether the originals are truly better or not. Hopefully in several months I can remember to update this. If the originals are better, they are definitely worth the extra money they cost.

The product received is not like the picture shows. It shows that the filter has a charcoal filter on one side, but the product received is just a paper filter. I returned the filters.

These filters fit perfectly in my old air purifier. Holmes air cleaner HAP422RCW. Works better than it did before with it’s original set of filters. Glad I was able to continue using it, and didn’t have to trash it.

These filters were purchased for a Holmes HEPA air purifier that was more than several years old. They were Model# HAP422, Filter# HAPF30. They fit and work perfectly. I'm very pleased:)

The Price is very good for these filters. I can tell the difference when I put the new ones in.
