The item is heavy which is usually a good sign of quality. Opening the box, the mop was broken down into smaller prices which needed to be connected, which was easy enough. The micro fibre towels seems good quality, nice and thick. And the scraper was a nice added touch. It is great for floors, However it is quite bulky to use on walls, which was the reason I bought it as I wanted to clean the walls off before painting.
