Featuring malleable aluminum stays, a surgical pin-friendly oval opening, and a reversible design, it offers superior immobilization and comfort. Its easy-to-use Velcro straps and washable materials make it perfect for day-to-night wear, supporting faster recovery without sacrificing mobility or convenience. ## Description The Hely Weber TKO (The Knuckle Orthosis) Boxer's Fracture Splint is the most versatile brace for hand injuries including metacarpal fractures, or collateral ligament injuries of the phalanges. The TKO effectively immobilizes the hand to not allow rotation of the fourth/fifth fingers. It's suitable for both non-surgical treatment, as well as, for protection following surgical reduction of a metacarpal fracture. This Boxer's fracture splint has a "window" to accommodate pins in the fourth or fifth metacarpals on the medial side of the brace, and a moldable, padded aluminum stay to maintain the required degree of PIP flexion for a collateral ligament injury. The aluminum stay can be easily bent in seconds to place the last two fingers in the perfect healing position. The boxer's fracture splint is a one size fits all product that can be used on any size patient with a metacarpal fracture. Unlike hard plastic splint designs, this model is comfortable to wear day or night and can be washed in the sink if needed. The item's velcro straps are easy to fasten in place for the right level of support and comfort. If needed, the physician can examine the hand more easily compared to an applied cast, and the material will not interfere with taking x-rays of the fracture. Non-Returnable if used or altered. ## Features - Nylon - Straps are infinitely adjustable for fit and comfort for a variety or proximal phalangeal injuries. Oval opening accommodates any pins used following surgery for a Boxer's fracture. - Reduces pain & swelling through maintenance or proper alignment of the hand and phalangeal joints. - Distal Buddy Strapping eliminates rotation of the finger- perfect for collateral ligament injuries to the phalangeal joints where rotation can interfere with the healing process. - Padded aluminum stays are malleable allowing for quick size adjustments for different size hands. - Reversible - can be used as a radial gutter splint to immobilize the first two fingers. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00N3IYJH6 | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #318,954 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #527 in Finger Splints | | Brand | Hely & Weber | | Brand Name | Hely & Weber | | Closure Type | Velcro | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 215 Reviews | | Manufacturer | Hely & Weber | | Material | Aluminum | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 3848-LT | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Size | 1 Count (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Adjustable | | Specific Uses For Product | Collateral Ligament Injury, Fracture, Swelling | | Sport Type | Walking | | Target Use Body Part | Hands | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Use for | Hands | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Hely & Weber - **Size:** 1 Count (Pack of 1) - **Specific Uses For Product:** Collateral Ligament Injury, Fracture, Swelling - **Use for:** Hands ## Images ![Hely and Weber TKO (The Knuckle Orthosis) (Left) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611zF9GbhvL.jpg) ![Hely and Weber TKO (The Knuckle Orthosis) (Left) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41YG1Pl-xCL.jpg) ![Hely and Weber TKO (The Knuckle Orthosis) (Left) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41puboVtt4L.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Hely and Weber TKO (The Knuckle Orthosis) (Left) - Hely & Weber TKO The Knuckle Orthosis, Right - Metacarpal Finger Splint Hand Brace | Pinky Finger Splint For Boxer Fractures, Broken Ring Finger | Little Finger Cast, Trigger Finger Immobilizer Straightener, Ulnar Gutter Splint Support | LEFT S/M --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/33706668-hely-and-weber-tko-the-knuckle-orthosis-left](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/33706668-hely-and-weber-tko-the-knuckle-orthosis-left) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
