Terrible quality product. The board is made of scratchy wood with craters so large the powder just goes and sits in them! No amount of powder makes the board smooth or consistent. The striker is another genius item. It’s convex instead of flat! The pockets under the four holes are so tight you cannot take out the tokens without lifting the board clear of the table. All in all, not enjoyable to play on this at all. Not recommended for anyone.

It came with almost no damages just some small scratch in the center but I think that won't affect the play with powder in place. The thickness of the board seems to be fine and felt like 8mm but not sure whether it's throughout the same, but in their website it is mentioned as 6 mm, so I guess it must be 6mm. First I felt rough but after cleaning the board and pawns with a banian vest cloth in a specific area to test it felt smooth but after applying the powder again felt like rough, changed the powder with SSS there was some change in feeling but still somewhat rough. Not sure whether fine dust is coming from powder or will it become smooth as the powder becomes much more fine due to friction when playing. Will update after I have some play on the board. Rebound there was no issue, finish is good for the price paid, the MRP seems to be 2499 so literally I got no discount by paying 2469. The reason I bought this board was I wanted to go for a cheapest 36inch board available online.

Quality is not good

The pockets are not circular and they are very big. Every time striker will fall into the pockets.

Best product to buy for your kids and I would appreciated koxtons who providing such a wonderful product in this price.

Replace item still not received we are worry about out damaged item at home Plz replace same item as early as Possible. The massage about item that replace item will be till 14/012026.but still not exchange. How it possible sir. When item given to usit was damaged and its packed also we sent photos also thanks sir
