I purchased this Gimili Gold LED Kitchen Faucet product when I remodled my kitchen and thought it would be a great looking modern fixture that would go great with my gold color sink. It definitely did not disappoint, it is a great looking piece and functions very well. I experienced a slight issue at about the 1 year mark if the purchase with the LED lights not functioning to display different colors to reflect the different water temperatures (I.e., Red - hot, Green - in between hot/cold, and Blue - cold). It would continually flash red on/off for any of the different water temperature settings. I contacted Gimili support via the whatsapp contact info provided on their website. They responded immediately and I was able to send them details/pictures/videos of the issue. Once they understood the ussue, they quickly sent me a replacement nozzle free of cost and now it is working just as it was whenn I first bought it. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a beautiful kitchen faucet fixture and I am very happy with the customer service their team has provided. Would definitely purchase again from this shop!

This faucet is not only beautiful, it works exactly as described. I had a great interaction with their customer service and now that I understand how it works, I am very pleased with my purchase. Just don’t expect to be able to use it manually and touchless simultaneously. You can only set it up for one way or the other.

The product will not stay tightened. It spins all over not to mention there is no adjustments to drop faucet down. Can’t return it as I missed the window to do it so I’m stuck with a piece of junk
