Nicely made, large cutting board that can be used for all of your cooking needs. I use it for cutting fruits, vegetables and meat and fish and it works perfectly. Cleanup is easy - if using it for meat or fish, I just put it in the dishwasher. If using it for vegetables / fruit, a simple rinse under the tap suffices.
