We do not make a dispenser for this tape. However, the 3-inch center core fits on a standard 3-inch tape dispenser. Customer Service

Where is the tape manufactured?

The Shinoda Design Center is in California, and has been for 100 years, but I do not know where their tape is made. It works well, though, I don't make a vase floral arrangement without it.
