Neither one lasted more than 4 months. This Cuisinart product is sturdy and reliable. I use it almost daily to make sauces, cream cheese and other cheeses, and baked goods (even those with thick dough). I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially if you are Vegan like myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product not for 220V *by on Reviewed in Germany 15 November 2023* The product is probably great, but I haven't had the chance to try it because it is not adapted for the EU market. I couldn't plug it in, so unfortunately I had to return it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful, Easy to Use, and Great for Everyday Cooking *by on Reviewed in the United States 30 October 2025* I’m really happy with my Cuisinart Pro Custom 11. It has plenty of power and handles everything I throw at it—nuts, veggies, you name it. It makes nut butter in about 6 min and quickly chops or dices ingredients evenly.Hard cheeses gave me a little trouble at first, but the manual mentions cutting them by hand beforehand, so that wasn’t a surprise. Cleanup is simple, especially since the parts go right in the dishwasher. My only small complaint is the hole in the bowl that’s exposed once the blade is removed—it can make it a little harder to keep things neat when transferring food. This is my first full-size food processor (I only had a hand-driven one before), and the difference is night and day. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, powerful food processor for home cooking. ## Frequently Bought Together - Cuisinart Cup Pro Custom 11 Food Processor With 625 Watt Motor And Extra Large Feed Tube allows For Whole Fruit And Vegetables, Additional Accessories Included For Even More Versatility, White - Cuisinart BDH-2 Blade and Disc Holder,White, 6 - Cuisinart DLC-869TX-1 Replacement Dough Blade Fits Models DLC-8S, DFP-11, DLC-2011, DLC-3011, EV-11PC6, EV-11PC7, & EV-11PC8 Only OEM --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/335738601-cuisinart-dlc-8sy-pro-custom-11-cup-food-processor-white](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/335738601-cuisinart-dlc-8sy-pro-custom-11-cup-food-processor-white) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
