Neck pain has been killing me and pain goes down to arms and even to fingers sometimes, but problem is I need to and want to use computer and smart phone every day( who wouldn't? in this century..) This product work instantly reliving tension and stiffness of back of the neck and back of the head. It also helps to relieve tension of shoulders as well and you can put your arms and/or hands on it comfortably. I bought this because even though I am in pain I still want to continue to watch tv, doing computer and using smart phone. And this is really a good supporter for you while you are watching tv or doing computer. I did not buy this for a treatment purpose because after all I gone through there is no one simple way to get rid of neck pain and it has to be combination of efforts including having PT, going to gym, yoga, watching less tv, computer and eating healthy food with bone support vitamin in order to treat neck pain, but I don't have time and energy to do one of above consistently but need to maintain my work and household with less pain of this horrible neck pain....
